Once he has assessed your problem and identified the source of your pain and functional limitation, Richard applies a variety of treatment interventions including:

Recently Richard has completed the SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) courses in level 1 and 2 uses this clinical approach to seek the source of the problem.  Often the true cause of a problem can be in a different body region to the pain.  As a practitioner interested in prevention and performance, the SFMA is also a system that can be used to identify issues in people that haven't had an injury or no longer have pain from an older injury. If this sounds like you then perhaps the SFMA approach can help.

Outside of the clinic Richard has a passion for sports.  Currently training in Brazilian ju jitsu and playing soccer and basketball in local competitions.

Richard is a Korean speaking Physiotherapist and is able to provide services for those that require consultations in Korean.
