  • Hands on soft tissue techniques

  • Exercise prescription for biomechanical retraining

  • Joint mobilisation techniques

  • Post surgical rehabilitation

  • Taping techniques

  • Sports physiotherapy and performance.

Paul enjoys most sports but has a particular interest in rugby league supporting the Sydney Roosters; and because he cannot risk further serious injuries, stays active on a social and competitive level with Oztag having had the privilege of leading the representative Opens Men’s Korean Tag Rugby Team to two major tournaments at the 2015 World Cup on the Sunshine Coast and 2016 Oceania Cup in Auckland, New Zealand.
