Paul’s own sporting resume ranges from basketball, volleyball, swimming, parkour/tricking, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, to CrossFit. Having been on the other side, he takes the time to listen to his patients’ experiences and stories, and applying a hands-on biomechanical approach to not only treat their pain, but also working with his clients to address the underlying causes of that pain.
Some of his additional training & treatment approaches include:
- Sports Trainer Level 1
- Gerontology Level 1
- Remedial Massage
- Soft Tissue Therapy, including Trigger Point Therapy
- Sports Taping
- Mulligans Concept
- Maitland Mobilisation
