Paul graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science in 2013 and a Masters in Physiotherapy 2015. With both a professional and personal experiences in acute and chronic issues, Paul aims to return you to what you love as soon as possible.
Paul has had experiences in a wide range of areas from aged care, spinal injury centres, rural hospitals, sports injury centres, and a CrossFit box. He has also done sports coverage for:
- Moorebank Magpies AFL Club
- Tenpin Bowling Australia – National Bowling Championships
- National Athletics Championships
Paul’s own sporting resume ranges from basketball, volleyball, swimming, parkour/tricking, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, to CrossFit. Having personally gone through his own health problems which lasted 2.5 years, Paul understands and is able to relate to not only the physical but also the mental stresses associated with chronic pain and disability. Having been on the other side, he takes the time to listen to his patients’ experiences and stories, and applying a hands-on biomechanical approach to not only treat their pain, but also working with his clients to address the underlying causes of that pain.
Some of his additional training & treatment approaches include:
- Sports Trainer Level 1
- Gerontology Level 1
- Remedial Massage
- Soft Tissue Therapy, including Trigger Point Therapy
- Sports Taping
- Mulligans Concept
- Maitland Mobilisation
- McKenzie Method
Paul is a Vietnamese speaking Physiotherapist and is able to provide services for those that require consultations in Vietnamese.
