James is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with the tools and knowledge to help improve the lives of people living with musculoskeletal injuries and chronic disease through exercise and lifestyle interventions. James has graduated from a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University, and has experience in low back pain, shoulder injuries, cardiopulmonary pathologies and chronic disease management. As well as this, he can manage high performance athletes, devise strength and conditioning programs, and utilise healthy lifestyle choices to boost the quality of your life.
