Provider's Bio

Core Health Group is a team of Allied Health Professionals delivering Clinical Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Nutrition services to Geelong, the Surfcoast and it's surrounds.

Jace and Lucy are both very experienced Exercise Physiologists, treating for over 16 years between themselves. Their passion lies with helping their patients achieve incredible outcomes and enabling them to live a life of optimal functionality. 

Our programs provide well-rounded and individually specific exercises for all levels of health. We have a strong focus on 'functionality and performance' and determine the best plan for yourself by looking at the ‘whole picture’. Our expert advice has shown to improve those exercising with old “niggling” issues and our ongoing support and subsequent treatment methodology for anyone living with any chronic illness is both proven and effective.

This direction will help you to achieve your strongest, most energetic and healthiest state possible through the prescription of a plan that will continue to be sustainable, motivating and give you the opportunity to be the best version of yourself, period. 

Both Lucy and Jace bring their services to Geelong and the Surfcoast and are available for consultations Monday to Saturday upon request.
