Provider's Bio
Daniel is our Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed his studies at the University of Sydney. Daniel delivers both personal and group exercise sessions and designs specific exercise programs according to the needs of each client. He is passionate about health and committed to improving the wellbeing of clients by empowering them to reach their health goals.
He has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients from the ages of 3 to 93 for goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, conditioning, falls prevention, rehab following an injury and injury prevention.
What is an Exercise Physiologist?
- Four year university qualified allied health professionals who specialises in the delivery of exercise, rehabilitation, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs for the prevention and management of chronic diseases.
- Provides physical activity and behaviour change support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, cancer, arthritis, COPD and many more.
